Store Manager – Arc Herkimer Goods Store

Store Manager ! You’ll lead a dynamic team, keep the store running smoothly, and create an outstanding experience for both customers and donors—all while supporting a mission that empowers people with disabilities.
What You’ll Do - Oversee daily store operations & staff schedules
- Drive sales while keeping expenses in check
- Keep the store safe, clean, and well-stocked
- Train, motivate, and evaluate your team
- Build relationships with customers and local donors
Schedule - May include days (7am–3pm), evenings (12pm–8pm), and weekends.
- One Sunday per month is required.
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years retail experience required
- 5+ years supervisory experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a busy retail environment
