About CrowdStrike Design CrowdStrike believes the product designer is an equal partner with product management and engineering leads. Designers own the user experience solution for projects and are expected to bring leadership from conception through final rollout. Design at CrowdStrike drives innovation and a cohesive product experience focused on craftsmanship, attention to detail, flexibility, and user value. What You’ll Do Understand project goals to deliver high‑quality design specs in a timely fashion. Partner with product management and engineering to execute on projects. Scope project work and evaluate tradeoffs between short‑term delivery and long‑term product goals. Explore potential additional use cases beyond a single project when expanding templates and patterns. Produce high‑quality creative solutions to complex problems based on research and goals. Create clear user flows, specs, and prototypes for user interfaces. Use storytelling concepts to foreground the user and problem during design reviews. Organize content and information; expand components with a focus on user goals, usability, and accessibility. Promote the use of our design system to ensure product consistency. Provide input for team members through reviews, documentation, and technical guidance. Develop knowledge of all CrowdStrike features to drive cohesive solutions. What You’ll Need Minimum 5+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud‑based solutions. Ability to lead ideation activities within an already defined scope. Talent for making multi‑step tasks easy to navigate and complex data easy to use. Ability to design for user personas. Experience in end‑to‑end UX processes and workflows (journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, evaluative research). Strong design artifacts to align and convey ideas, delivering a cohesive experience. Experience using Figma. Some experience in enterprise SaaS products. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written). Online portfolio. Bonus Points Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry. Experience with design systems and platform design work.
