The Opportunity

As our Online Community Manager, you'll become the heartbeat of our member experience - the face, voice, and co-strategist behind our communities that change lives daily. This isn't just community management; it's about creating moments of transformation while helping build systems that scale impact.

A key aspect of this role will be providing specialized AI training to empower our members. You'll Help design and deliver cutting-edge AI training programs that give our community practical tools to leverage artificial intelligence in their businesses and personal development journeys.

Core Responsibilities:

Community Leadership, Coaching & AI Training

  • Be the trusted face and voice of NeuroGym across our private member communities
  • Design and lead AI training sessions that help members apply artificial intelligence to achieve business growth
  • Create step-by-step AI implementation frameworks customized for our community's needs
  • Execute a world-class onboarding experience that sets members up for success
  • Create compelling content (text, image, video, newsletter) in community that drives engagement and results
  • Develop and nurture an ambassador program that empowers member leaders
  • Monitor, analyze, and act on community trends to continually enhance the experience

Event Management

  • Partner with our CEO to curate impactful virtual events across three distinct communities
  • Organize Community Hot Seat and Q&A sessions that deliver breakthrough moments
  • Coordinate Expert Live training sessions and Group Mastermind experiences
  • Identify and recruit high-caliber guest speakers to enhance our program offerings
  • Own the complete event lifecycle - from conception to execution to follow-up

Strategic Insight

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align community strategy with company objectives
  • Transform member feedback into actionable insights for program and product development
  • Define and track meaningful KPIs that demonstrate community impact
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency

The Essentials:

  • AI Expertise: Strong working knowledge of AI tools and applications with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business applications
  • Experience: 1-3 years managing online programs, communities, or learning environments
  • Technical Prowess: Advanced AI utilization skills and exceptional tech adaptability
  • Organization: Masterful ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills that inspire action
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate situations with grace and sound judgment
  • Adaptability: Comfort with evolving priorities and occasional weekend/holiday availability

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot, Groundhogg, BuddyBoss, Wordpress.
  • Background in Personal Development, Communications, Marketing, Event Planning, Business Administration, or Education (Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or EdTech)
  • Highly Desirable
  • Degree or certification in AI in Education, Learning Design & Technology, or Prompt Engineering
  • Copywriting and content development experience

Location & Schedule: Remote in North America ONLY

  • Full-time position with occasional evenings and weekend commitments
  • 8am Pacific to 5pm Pacific
  • Salary: $65,000-75,000
  • Benefits: ESOP Plan, Health Insurance, PTO
