We are proud to partner with a respected, full-service law firm in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, to find an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys specializing in business law and civil litigation. This is a direct hire opportunity, with the firm open to both full-time and part-time schedules, depending on candidate preference and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in civil litigation and/or business law
• Draft, edit, and file legal documents and correspondence
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with case management
• Organize and maintain case files and legal records
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and external parties
• Work closely with a dedicated and experienced legal team

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
• Background in civil litigation or business law required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
