About the RoleAs a teacher at Uncommon Schools, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our curriculum and ensuring the success of our students. We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to becoming best-in-class professionals, continuously improving their instructional practices through collaboration and targeted development.

CompensationThe salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $64,700 . Starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant full-time teaching experience, educational certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Candidates without full-time teaching experience will likely start at $50,000.
