Change Implementation Consultant In Global Payments & Liquidity

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will:

1. Participate in less complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
2. Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
3. Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
4. Identify, and provide effective training methods
5. Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
6. Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
7. Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced level experience & knowledge of Lockbox product and services
• Experience implementing GPL Lockbox services including onboarding tools WICE and AES
• Experience in managing partner relationships including sales, product, and operations teams
• Advanced customer focus and demonstrated past achievements applying a customer mindset to shape strategies and action plans
• Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:
