About the Job:Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders.
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reports.
Support day-to-day operations, including correspondence, materials, and logistics.
Assist with projects and team activities as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
10+ years of administrative experience in progressive roles.
Experience supporting executives (C-Suite preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
Temp for 6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion.
Pay: $30-$32/hr ($75K-$90K annualized), depending on experience.
Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite (South Dupont Circle Metro accessible).
