Title: Digital Product Owner - Omnichannel Data Location: Morristown, NJ Job Type: FTE/Permanent 3 days per week on-site hybrid, one day needing to be a Monday or Friday About The Role We are seeking an influential Product Owner with a passion for building data-centric products, focusing on an agile mindset. As a Product Owner, you will work with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business analysts, to build and deliver exceptional data products that make a difference. You will guide technical product decisions, ensuring the development of a comprehensive product roadmap and defining and measuring product KPIs. You will be instrumental in helping teams harness data insights and leverage AI to solve complex challenges efficiently. Key Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Act as the bridge between business and tech teams, ensuring that product features align with business needs. Manage and prioritize the user experience and act as the internal voice of the user in the product team. Collaborate with scrum masters and digital data analysts to maintain team health and product progress. Continuously refine and prioritize requirements, making informed decisions about features, backlog, and release planning. Define and accept user stories from the delivery team. Measure and incorporate user feedback to drive continuous value delivery. Ensure the product meets quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements. Develop launch plans and ensure readiness of cross-functional partners. Provide clear updates to leadership and executives, ensuring transparency around product issues and decisions. Lead business-critical performance indicators and technical metrics. Key Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner in data-centric software products. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience working with data warehousing, commercial analytics, and large-scale data-centric products. Strong knowledge of data processes and best practices. Familiarity with Snowflake/ETL & ELT processes preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong ability to connect tech and business teams. Creative mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivering the best solutions. Skills And Certifications Omnichannel Data Commercial data, processes, and best practices Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences (preferred but not required).
